If you are (or want to be) an organizing consultant who has a desire to make your family your top priority, while having meaningful work, substantial income opportunities, and flexible hours, then the Certified Productive Environment Specialist™ Masters Program may be for you!

The Productive Environment Institute trains and certifies productivity consultants to deliver Barbara Hemphill’s Productive Environment Solution™ to individuals, small business owners, and corporate clients. This program provides a methodology that measures success, so you can guarantee results for your clients.

Over the course of 18 months, we will train, coach and mentor you to create a profitable productivity consulting practice that serves both you and your clients. Primary program features include:

CERTIFICATION TRAINING

First, you will earn your Certification as a Productive Environment Specialist. The CPES Training Program is a unique combination of an online, self-paced program, paired with live one-on-one and group coaching calls throughout. A typical time to complete this portion of the program is between 3 to 6 months, although not required. The online program has 5-Parts.

  • Part I-Productive Environment Principles [You will learn Barbara's 38+ years of productivity secrets!]
  • Part II-Productive Environment Tools [You will gain access to proprietary tools to use with your clients.]
  • Part III-Productive Environment Methodology [You will set up the systems in your own space.]
  • Part IV-Productive Environment Solutions [You will deliver 2 Services to Clients.]
  • Part V-Exam & Certification [You will receive your Certificate and move to the next phase of the Masters Program!]

ONE-ON-ONE PRIVATE BUSINESS COACHING

Once you complete the Certification portion of the program, you will then have monthly one-on-one coaching calls with Andrea, and/or Barbara to focus on business development. While there are no guarantees, our goal is to provide coaching and support as you take the action required to build a profitable, sustainable business.

GROUP COACHING & SUPPORT

One of the most valuable aspects of the CPES Masters Program is the community of other Certified Productive Environment Specialists. As a Masters participant, you will be invited to participate in two CPES Team webinars each month, one CPES Masters Skype call, as well as two Private Facebook groups.

PRIVATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RETREAT

One of the the BEST perks of the CPES Masters Program is a Private Business Development Retreat in Carolina Beach, NC with Barbara Hemphill & Andrea Anderson. The purpose of this retreat is for you to spend approximately 2 days focusing on YOUR business. We'll strategize, optimize, and even exercise! You will join us in our Productive Environment Center condo. Accommodations in the condo and meals are included in your Masters Program package. [If you prefer to stay at the Marriott next door, you are free to arrange that directly with the hotel at your expense.]

PROGRAM INVESTMENT & ROI

We do not publish our program investment online. We'd like to have a conversation with you to see if we are a good fit for each other first.

We will tell you, however, that because we are not a franchise, it won’t cost you $25,000-$50,000+ to access our business systems and proprietary processes--–all of which you can use to launch (or expand) a successful productivity consulting business.

If you generate business on your own, there are no additional ongoing fees, such as percentages of revenue generated. Create a part time income, a full time income, even a 6-figure Organizing and Productivity Company–and the revenues are all yours. Just renew your membership each year to stay current with the program. You will also have opportunities to choose from different levels of support at that time.

You may also choose to become a subcontractor of PEI and earn income by providing services to clients generated by PEI. We’ll work together to do the marketing, conduct the assessment (Productive Environment Audit™), issue the proposal (Productive Environment GamePlan™), secure the project, then contract the service provision out to you.

Because of the premium prices you will be able to charge for your new services, you'll find that your return on investment can happen relatively quickly. While we make no guarantees, depending on your work ethic and how quickly you implement what you're learning, you can potentially recoup your investment within 90 days.
